Instructions

  1. This recipe tastes really delicious, especially with a crunchy green salad, with potatoes or rice as a side dish. I always eat it with boiled potatoes and therefore include the P. number including those. So we come to a value of 5.5 P per person for potatoes and shredded Hawaiian meat.
  2. First I make the sauce. To do this, I put the juice of the canned pineapple in a vessel, as well as the processed cheese and the cream. Everything is mixed together well. Next I measure 50 ml of water and dissolve the teaspoon of potato flour in it (the other way around it would lump). Then I add the potato water to the sauce and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the strips of meat with the pineapple pieces in layers in a flat baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
