First, melt the butter in a saucepan. Then mix the oatmeal with the melted butter in a bowl and let cool down a little. In the meantime, roughly chop the nuts and almonds. I do this with a multi-shredder. I also chop the apricots very small with the multi-chopper. Now all the remaining ingredients can be added to the bowl for the oatmeal. Mix everything together well.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 120 degrees circulating air.
I spread the biscuit mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. So that the biscuits are nice and even, I used a round cookie cutter. I put them on the baking sheet and fill the form with a teaspoon and press the mass down nicely.
The mass fits exactly on a sheet. Depending on the degree of browning you want, it is baked at 120 degrees circulating air for about 12 - 15 minutes.
And the almost sugar-free cereal biscuits are ready. Now let it cool down and enjoy!
