- Wash the carrots and trim off bad spots (I didn`t peel them!). Peel the onion.
- Grate both and the cheese with the coarse slice of the food processor and transfer to a large bowl.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, oil, spices and herbs well and mix with the carrots.
- If it is too dry, you can add up to 100 ml more milk.
- The amount of spices depends on the cheese - how hearty it is.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° for about 50 minutes.
- It tastes best to us when it is lukewarm.
