- Fry the minced meat and onions. Add the mushrooms and leeks / spring onions and sauté briefly.
- Now deglaze the minced meat mixture with the broth.
- Add the processed cheese and simmer until the vegetables are cooked and the soup has reduced a little.
- Finally, thicken the soup with flour or, better, a piece of Gouda cheese.
- This fits in perfectly with franz. Baguette or garlic baguette.
