Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, (half and half)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 leek or spring onions
  • 0.5 ½ cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ processed cheese, with herbs
  • 1 liter broth
  • some flour OR:
  • 1 piece (s) cheese, (Gouda) to thicken
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat and onions. Add the mushrooms and leeks / spring onions and sauté briefly.
  2. Now deglaze the minced meat mixture with the broth.
  3. Add the processed cheese and simmer until the vegetables are cooked and the soup has reduced a little.
  4. Finally, thicken the soup with flour or, better, a piece of Gouda cheese.
  5. This fits in perfectly with franz. Baguette or garlic baguette.
