Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, quench, peel, chop. Remove the fins, skin and bones from the mackerel. Pour milk over white bread and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, then remove and squeeze out. Peel and quarter the apple and onion.
  2. Puree all ingredients (except eggs and herbs) in a blender, then add the chopped eggs. Chop herbs, sprinkle on top.
