- 1 pack salted herring (herring)
- 1 mackerel (s), smoked
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 slice (s) white bread
- 50 ml milk
- 3 egg (s)
- 50 g butter
- 1 apple, sour variety
- some dill
- some parsley
- some chives

- Hard boil eggs, quench, peel, chop. Remove the fins, skin and bones from the mackerel. Pour milk over white bread and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, then remove and squeeze out. Peel and quarter the apple and onion.
- Puree all ingredients (except eggs and herbs) in a blender, then add the chopped eggs. Chop herbs, sprinkle on top.
