Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Divide the white cabbage and remove the stalk and then cut into strips. Roughly dice the onions and cut the sausage into pieces.
  2. Fry the onions, minced meat and sausages in a large saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Fill up the white cabbage strips and pour the broth over them. Close the pot and simmer gently until the cabbage has boiled down.
  3. If the cabbage doesn`t fit into the pot all at once, fill in the rest now. When the cabbage has boiled down, add the potato cubes and cook for another 20 minutes until the cabbage is really soft.
  4. Stir every now and then. If necessary, season again.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
