Ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 g suar
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 ½ orange (s), untreated, the abrasion it

- 150 g almond (s), round
- 100 g suar
- 0.5 ½ egg white
- 1 orange (s), untreated, the zest and juice it
For the glaze:
- 75 g powdered suar
- 0.5 ½ egg white
- some orange juice

- Knead the ingredients for the dough until smooth and chill for approx. 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- Mix the ingredients for the filling. Roll out half of the dough on baking paper into a rectangle (approx. 40 x 30 cm) and place on the baking sheet. Spread the filling evenly on top.
- Dust a piece of cling film with a little flour, then roll out the other half of the dough into a rectangle and place it on the filling. Carefully peel off the foil and bake the whole thing for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
- For the glaze, beat 1/2 egg white until stiff, stir in the powdered sugar and orange juice. After baking, distribute the glaze evenly on the dough and allow to cool. Then cut into small rectangles.
