Chop the chorizo into small pieces or use the food processor, but the schnetzel shouldn`t be too small. Chop the onion and set aside. Cut the pepper pieces in strips.
Heat some oil in a large pan and fry the gnocchi until they are crispy all over. Remove from pan and set aside.
Heat some more oil and sweat the onions briefly. Add the chorizo and paprika and fry for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove and stir in the spinach. As soon as it collapses, mix in the gnocchi, season everything with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
