- Peel the skin off the meat sausage. Cut the sausage and cheese into strips 1/2 cm thick and 2 cm long. Peel the onions and cut them into rings.
- Put everything in a bowl. Scatter caraway seeds, salt and pepper over the top. Combine the vinegar and oil for the marinade. Pour over the salad.
- Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Decorate with radish slices and parsley.
