Ingredients

  • 300 g meat sausae
  • 300 g cheese (Limburer)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 6 tablespoon oil, flavor-neutral
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin off the meat sausage. Cut the sausage and cheese into strips 1/2 cm thick and 2 cm long. Peel the onions and cut them into rings.
  2. Put everything in a bowl. Scatter caraway seeds, salt and pepper over the top. Combine the vinegar and oil for the marinade. Pour over the salad.
  3. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Decorate with radish slices and parsley.
