Instructions

  1. Briefly toast the oat flakes in a saucepan so that they can develop their aroma. Deglaze with the water and add the sea salt. Bring everything to the boil once and simmer on medium level for about 2 - 3 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and let the porridge swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Then pour into a bowl and serve with the toppings.
