Beat the eggs in a cup. Season with salt, pepper and herbs and whisk. Fry the scrambled eggs in a pan, add meat loaf and pasta.
When the meat loaf has reached the desired degree of browning, add the cream cheese and let it melt in the pan. Fold in the grated cheese before serving.
I loved the dish as much as a child. It`s always quick and you can process leftover sausage and pasta just fine.
