Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. If the dough is still sticky, add a little flour.
Shape the dough into a loaf of bread and place in a greased loaf pan. Incise the surface several times lengthways.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven at approx. 170 degrees (convection) for 45 - 60 minutes. The time depends on the oven. It is best to use a wooden stick to test whether the bread is baked through. Let the bread cool down a bit and remove it from the mold.
The bread tastes good with both sweet and savory toppings.
Tip:
You can use any kind of flour as a flour, also mixed (also works with normal wheat flour). Also tastes good with cranberries as a sweet variant.
