Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini (peeled, quartered lenthways, cut into cubes)
- 100 g mushrooms (cleaned, thinly sliced)
- 1 onion (s), (finely chopped)
- 100 g ham, diced (raw)
- 1 tablespoon lovage, (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, (chopped)
- Salt and pepper, (black)
- 3 egg (s)
- 20 g parmesan, (rated)
- 150 g cheese, rated (e.. Emmentaler)
- 1 packet puff pastry, (275g)

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Fry the zucchini, mushrooms, onion and diced ham in it.
- Add the spices and cook for about 10 minutes without the lid.
- To let it cool down.
- Then stir in 2 eggs and the parmesan cheese.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Spread the vegetables evenly on top.
- Roll up and brush the edges with the third egg (whisked) and press firmly.
