Ingredients

  • 500 g zucchini (peeled, quartered lenthways, cut into cubes)
  • 100 g mushrooms (cleaned, thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (s), (finely chopped)
  • 100 g ham, diced (raw)
  • 1 tablespoon lovage, (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper, (black)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 20 g parmesan, (rated)
  • 150 g cheese, rated (e.. Emmentaler)
  • 1 packet puff pastry, (275g)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the zucchini, mushrooms, onion and diced ham in it.
  3. Add the spices and cook for about 10 minutes without the lid.
  4. To let it cool down.
  5. Then stir in 2 eggs and the parmesan cheese.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Spread the vegetables evenly on top.
  7. Roll up and brush the edges with the third egg (whisked) and press firmly.
  8. Brush the roll with the rest of the egg.
  9. The strudel is baked at 175 ° C in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
