Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry, frozen, possibly milk
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • oil
  • Herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary)

For the sauce:

  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • 125 ml white wine
  • oil
  • Flour,

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, garlic, zucchini and paprika and sauté in oil. Remove from the heat and carefully mix the diced sheep cheese with it, season everything with the herbs.
  2. Lay out the puff pastry, spread the vegetable and sheep cheese mixture over a third of the surface, roll up the pastry. If necessary, brush the strudel with a little milk and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, chop half an onion, sweat it in oil, dust with a little flour, add white wine and cream. Reduce the sauce until creamy, season with salt and pepper and refine with chives.
