Ingredients

  • 200 g penne or other pasta
  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • Onion (noun)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • 100 g sheep cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in water for about 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Cut the zucchini and tomato into small pieces. Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes. Chop the onion and press the garlic.
  3. Fry the onions and garlic in a little oil in a pan. Add zucchini and sauté briefly, then add the tomato. Add spices and sheep cheese and season to taste.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix in. Let it flow for a short time.
