Put the soft fat in a high bowl, add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, 1/3 the amount of flour and spices and mix everything well with a hand mixer on the highest setting. Finally add the rest of the flour, knead the dough and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
Shape the dough into rolls approx. 2 cm in diameter, cut each roll into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Cover each slice with a hazelnut, pull the dough together, shape into balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
