Instructions

  1. Take the butter out of the fridge about 2 hours beforehand so that it is soft.
  2. Crush the garlic over it and sprinkle finely chopped chives over it. Knead everything together with a fork. Add a little salt if you like.
  3. My family and friends love this garlic butter.
