Ingredients
- 500 g butter
- 3 garlic - onions or
- 15 clove (s) garlic
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives, fresh or
- 0.5 ½ package chives, frozen
- salt

- Take the butter out of the fridge about 2 hours beforehand so that it is soft.
- Crush the garlic over it and sprinkle finely chopped chives over it. Knead everything together with a fork. Add a little salt if you like.
