Ingredients

250 g butter
2 cloves garlic
1 sprig rosemary, large
salt

Instructions

Puree the soft butter with the peeled garlic cloves and the slightly chopped rosemary. Season to taste with the spices and place in a container.
Put the butter in the freezer and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
Ideal with grilled or fresh ciabatta.
