Ingredients
- 6 chicken leg (s) (with breast portion)
- 20 garlic clove (s), unpeeled
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried, rubbed
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chilli flakes
- 80 ml chicken broth, seasoned
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Mix the oil with the spices and turn the chicken in it (you can also leave it to marinate overnight - a freezer bag is ideal for this).
- Put the garlic cloves in the CP and place the chicken drumsticks with the marinade on top. Pour in the chicken broth. Cover and let simmer on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Note: Those who appreciate roasted aromas can also briefly sear the chicken in a pan beforehand. It is also quite common to remove the skin completely beforehand (without searing it). It`s all a matter of taste.
