Ingredients
- 250 g cream quark
- 250 g butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

- Mix the softened butter and the quark well with the mixer. Press the peeled garlic cloves through a press and add to the butter and quark mixture and season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything again.
