Ingredients

  • 250 g butter, (soft)
  • 1 leaf sage
  • 1 stalk / s rosemary, (needles only)
  • 1 stalk / e marjoram, (I`ll take the golden one)
  • 1 stalk oregano, (only the leaves)
  • 1 stick / s tarragon
  • a few stems lemon thyme, (only the tips)
  • 2 lemon balm leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some sea salt, from the mill
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put the softened butter in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the remaining ingredients,
  3. until everything is mixed well. I only use a fork for this.
  4. I put the finished butter in a glazed clay pot and cover it with aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator for a day so that the flavors can unfold.
  5. Tastes great with everything grilled or simply spread on toasted bread.
