Instructions

  1. Put the softened butter in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the remaining ingredients,
  3. until everything is mixed well. I only use a fork for this.
  4. I put the finished butter in a glazed clay pot and cover it with aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator for a day so that the flavors can unfold.
  5. Tastes great with everything grilled or simply spread on toasted bread.
