Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes, possibly from the day before, into slices and use half of them to lay the bottom of a baking dish lightly greased with butter. Smear the potatoes thinly with half of the cream cheese.
  2. Cut the cooked ham into small pieces and spread on top - cover with rocket - dice tomatoes and place on top of the rocket - spread the rest of the cream cheese on top or put it in flakes. Cut Black Forest ham very small and spread on top, place a second layer of potatoes on top and cover with a layer of raclette cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven).
  4. The cheese should be a nice, light brown color before you take the casserole out of the oven.
  5. Can either be eaten as a main course, but also tastes great with meat.
  6. We prefer a slice of fried smoked pork, grilled pork neck or a steak with this casserole.
