- Chop fresh herbs very finely. Squeeze the garlic clove.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer until you have a tough, sticky dough. It should be well seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Place 1 good tablespoon each of the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, keeping a distance of 2 cm from the next blob.
- Bake at 210 ° C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. The baking time varies a little if you make the piles a little larger.
- I either use an 8-herb mixture (frozen) or basil mixed with chives. Other herbs can of course also be used.
- If you like, you can add a little more Parmesan or other cheese. The garlic clove can also be left out without any problems.
- The canapés are a great side dish, also for buffets.
