Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon, heaped baking powder
  • 210 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 60 g parmesan, rated
  • 25 g herbs, mixed, frozen or
  • 2 handfuls herbs, mixed, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Chop fresh herbs very finely. Squeeze the garlic clove.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer until you have a tough, sticky dough. It should be well seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. Place 1 good tablespoon each of the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, keeping a distance of 2 cm from the next blob.
  4. Bake at 210 ° C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. The baking time varies a little if you make the piles a little larger.
  5. I either use an 8-herb mixture (frozen) or basil mixed with chives. Other herbs can of course also be used.
  6. If you like, you can add a little more Parmesan or other cheese. The garlic clove can also be left out without any problems.
  7. The canapés are a great side dish, also for buffets.
