Ingredients

• 700 ml schnapps, (double grain 38% or vodka)
• 180 g suar
• 8 cones, (green larch cones)
• 50 g spruce shoots, youn and / or fir
• 10 leaves yarrow, (if already open also flowers)
• 8 stalks thyme, (wild thyme)
• 10 strawberries, (wild strawberries, possibly more)

Instructions

1. Mix everything together and let it steep for six weeks. Then filter, fill and let rest again for at least 4 weeks.
2. The things should be picked at the end of May to the beginning of June and processed immediately.
