Instructions

  1. Cooking herbal tea.
  2. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Heat the water and add the ginger and cook for 2 minutes, then let cool, strain the ginger.
  3. Squeeze the lemons.
  4. Pour the cold herbal tea into a glass carafe, stir the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice into the herbal tea. Pour in the ginger water. Enjoy cold in summer, warm in winter.
