Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a bowl. Mash the herbal cream cheese with a fork and add to the bowl with the garlic salt, herbs, sesame or sunflower seeds and milk. Now work everything into a smooth dough with the dough hook. Shape the dough into either 6 small or 4 larger rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased.
Mix the egg white with the oil, sesame seeds or sunflower seeds and dried herbs and spread evenly on the rolls.
Now bake in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
Best to enjoy it while still lukewarm!
Quickly made - as a starter, with salad, for grilling, as a hamburger bun or just like that.
