Whisk the flour with the milk, then add the eggs and egg yolks and a pinch of salt and mix into a thin dough. Mix in all kinds of herbs and ham. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk. Because let the dough swell for about 30 minutes.
For each pancake, heat a little butter in the pan, pour in some batter with a ladle, quickly distribute it in the pan and let it brown a little on both sides. Cut the finished pancakes into fries and add to the soup.
