Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Then peel off the peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. Wash and finely chop herbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and roast the potatoes in it either under the preheated grill or on the stove until golden brown. Season to taste and serve.
