- 2 kg potato (s)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 0.5 ½ bunch sage
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 4 tablespoon oil
- salt
- Pepper, whiter

- Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Then peel off the peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Wash and finely chop herbs.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and roast the potatoes in it either under the preheated grill or on the stove until golden brown. Season to taste and serve.
