  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, or lard
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees hot air. Put the oil or lard on a coated baking sheet and put in the oven. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook in salted water for about 6 minutes, then drain and return to the pot. Put the lid on and shake the pot vigorously so that the surface of the potatoes is a little roughened, so they get nice and crispy. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and carefully slide the potato pieces into the hot fat, turn them so that they are coated with fat on all sides. Put the tray back in the oven and bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes. Turn in between. Take out with a slotted spoon, season with salt and serve.
