Ingredients

1 bunch radishes
some oil, or clarified butter
Spice mixture, e.g., Fried potato salt, French salt, OR:
Salt and paprika powder

Instructions

Clean the radishes, cut them into thin slices and fry them in hot oil. When the radishes are crispy, sprinkle with seasoning.
Important:
Only season the radishes after frying, otherwise they will draw water and become limp.
With 2.2 g carbohydrates per 100 g radishes, they are a great alternative to the real fried potatoes.
