Roast Pork with Potatoes

Fried potatoes with meat – simple and tasty.

Directions

Rinse the meat, dry with a paper towel, cut into pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat on it.
Peel the onion, chop coarsely and send to the fried meat. Add seasoning and salt to taste.
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into small cubes. Fry with onion and meat until golden brown.
Roast pork with potatoes is ready.
