  • Pork ribs – 600 g
  • Bulb onions – 2-3 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Pork fat – 50 g

  1. Wash and dry the meat. Cut into portions. Preheat a frying pan. Melt the fat in a skillet and fry the pork ribs until golden brown over medium heat, turning them over as they are browning. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Peel, wash and cut onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Add the onion to the meat and fry the onion and ribs for 5-7 minutes. Then add the garlic. Then cover and simmer on the lowest heat for 30-40 minutes.
