  • 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. A baking sheet is covered with aluminum foil, which is brushed with olive oil. Then come the potatoes, with the skin cut into four or six oblong slices, depending on their size. Salt and pepper. In between there are plenty of fresh herbs: rosemary and thyme should be, sage, lavender and mint should be. Drizzle some more oil over it and bake in the 200 degree oven for ¾ hour.
