Roast Chicken with Potatoes

An incredibly delicious dish that will decorate any family holiday feast – roast chicken and potatoes. The recipe will surprise you with its simplicity, and the dish with its amazing taste.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
  • Chicken fillet – 600 Grams
  • Spices – To taste
  • Greens – To taste

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Place in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Discard potatoes in a colander.
  3. Coarsely chop the chicken fillet, sprinkle with spices and quickly fry in oil until a small crust forms. Literally 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Place the potatoes and chicken fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with spices, herbs (I used rosemary).
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Roast chicken with potatoes is ready. Serve immediately, until hot.
