Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), small
- Fat, for the shape
- 3 cloves garlic
- 300 g whipped cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence, dried
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- 100 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 stalk thyme
- 2 stalk / s basil
- 3 sage leaves
- nutmeg

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel and cut in half. Put in a greased baking dish. Peel the garlic and press it through the press. Bring the cream, milk, garlic and dried herbs to the boil. Season and pour over the potatoes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Rasp cheese. Wash the herbs, pluck off the leaves and chop except for a few. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes about 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Garnish with the remaining herbs.
