Instructions

  1. Cut the matjes, poultry, pickles, peeled onions, peeled apples and peeled eggs into pieces that are not too small and mix well with the cream and vinegar in a large bowl. Season to taste with the chopped garlic and salt and pepper.
  2. The salad tastes best when it has been left to steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
