Ingredients
- 400 g herrin fillet (s)
- 250 g poultry meat, fried, or the meat 1/2 roast chicken
- 1 large apple
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 large onion (s)
- 3 medium pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 egg (s), cooked
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper

- Cut the matjes, poultry, pickles, peeled onions, peeled apples and peeled eggs into pieces that are not too small and mix well with the cream and vinegar in a large bowl. Season to taste with the chopped garlic and salt and pepper.
