Instructions

  1. First chop the herringbone, shallots, beetroot, pickles and the apple.
  2. Pour sour cream into the bowl, season with salt and pepper, optionally add a little cucumber liquid. Now add all the ingredients and stir.
  3. The herring tip can be eaten straight away or it can be used for a day.
  4. It goes well with bread or potatoes.
  5. Tip: My mom uses milk with herring and eats jacket potatoes with it.
