Instructions

  1. Cut the washed chicken into 8 parts. Rub with the crushed garlic. Should move in for a few hours.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan, but do not brown. Do not take too much heat. Add the chicken pieces and carefully fry them a little (the garlic should not be light brown at most - it becomes bitter when it turns dark), lightly salt and pepper, pour the white wine on top. The meat should not be completely covered.
  3. After 10 minutes add the chopped parsley and simmer until the pieces are soft.
  4. Baguette or rice tastes best with it.
