Ingredients
- 1 chicken, ready to grill or 8 chicken legs
- 1 bulb garlic
- 125 g butter
- 350 ml white wine (Riesling)
- parsley
- salt and pepper

- Cut the washed chicken into 8 parts. Rub with the crushed garlic. Should move in for a few hours.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan, but do not brown. Do not take too much heat. Add the chicken pieces and carefully fry them a little (the garlic should not be light brown at most - it becomes bitter when it turns dark), lightly salt and pepper, pour the white wine on top. The meat should not be completely covered.
- After 10 minutes add the chopped parsley and simmer until the pieces are soft.
- Baguette or rice tastes best with it.
