Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, leave to cool, peel and cut into half slices. Dice the onions, cut the cucumber into slices and the meat sausage into half slices.
  2. Mix everything together and season with pressed garlic, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Add Miracel Whip and mix everything well. Now refine with mustard and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Let the potato salad soak in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then season again to taste and, if necessary, spice up. Finally add the hard-boiled, diced eggs and mix well.
