Ingredients
- 2 kg potato (s), waxy
- 500 g meat sausae
- 1 glass pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 onions)
- 3 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 5 egg (s), hard-boiled
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- some sugar

- Boil the potatoes, leave to cool, peel and cut into half slices. Dice the onions, cut the cucumber into slices and the meat sausage into half slices.
- Mix everything together and season with pressed garlic, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Add Miracel Whip and mix everything well. Now refine with mustard and balsamic vinegar.
- Let the potato salad soak in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then season again to taste and, if necessary, spice up. Finally add the hard-boiled, diced eggs and mix well.
